Dutch herring
Thankfully, I am a Newfie so herring was not that disgusting. It was a little slimey but tasted fine. Slightly salty. The onions added texture and flavour. I'm sure my dad would eat it! And its eaten by kinda throwing your head back and holding it by the tail. I'll save you from that pic.
So after herring I needed another stoopwafle. I'm not sure you can see the syrup that's inside but this is what it looks like.
Its mostly sugar. Totally bad for you. Its a good thing they are thin.
And I thought I should show you how cute Euros are. All the money is coloured like Canadian bills but they are not all the same size. The bigger the bill the more money its worth so €5 are the smallest and every bill gets bigger from that. And the coins come in €2, €1, €0.50, €0.20, €0.10 and €0.05. And they are heavy.
The coins seem much heavier than ours.
Well that's all until supper. I think I have my next few days figured out. 32km, 37km and than 25km. Should be fine.
